Andrew grew up in Billericay and has been a councillor for Billericay East since 2013. He is currently Chairman of the Housing and Estate Renewal Committee, Vice-Chairman of the Planning Committee and sits on the Strategic Planning and Infrastructure Committee.
He is also a Basildon Council representative on the Recovery Mobilisation Group, the Basildon Bus Forum, the Basildon Taxi and Private Hire Consultative Forum, the Norsey Wood Society and the Great Burstead Exhibition Foundation (Billericay Educational Trust).
Andrew lives in Billericay with his partner and stepdaughter and works in highways for one of the London boroughs.
