Yvonne has been a councillor for Wickford Park since 2023. She sits on the Place Scrutiny Committee.

She is a local Wickford Meadows resident, who has been an active campaigner on local issues, particularly the environment. She is retired.

Wickford councillors hold a regular surgery on the first Saturday of the month (except January) at the Wickford Community Centre on Nevendon Road from 10am and 12pm. No appointment is necessary.

Yvonne's ward colleague is Cllr George Jeffery.

Wickford Park falls within the Wickford Crouch Division of Essex County Council. Yvonne works closely alongside the local county councillors, Tony Ball and Malcolm Buckley, on county issues such as highways.
