Yetunde was elected as a councillor for Vange Ward in 2021. She is the founder and CEO of The Next Chosen Generation, a youth charity, and a published author. She is project management consultant by trade and a motivational speaker. She is also UK Chairperson for Phenomenal African Woman (PAWAfrica UK), Vice-Chairperson of Basildon Side By Side, a STEM Ambassador for UK schools, a member of the Forum for African, African-Caribbean and Asian Women in Politics (UK) and sits on the Advisory Executive Council of the International Women Economic Forum.
