Stuart is the Conservative Spokesman for Pitsea North-West and has lived and worked in Pitsea for over 20 years. He is married with two children and is Chairman of Basildon & Pitsea Carnival and a Primary School Governor. Stuart works alongside the Pitsea South-East councillors, Gary Canham, Luke Mackenzie and Craig Rimmer, as part of the wider Pitsea team.
