Stuart has been a councillor for Billericay East Ward since 2002. He currently serves on the Policy and Resources Committee and is the Conservative Spokesman for Finance. Stuart holds a resident surgery on the last Saturday of the month (except December) between 10:30am and 12:00 noon in the Library, High Street, Billericay - no appointment necessary.
