Councillor for Billericay East Ward
Andrew has been a councillor for Billericay East Ward since 2013. He currently sits on the Local Government Reorganisation & Transition Committee, the Housing & Communities Committee, the Housing Development Sub-committee, and the Enforcement Sub-committee. Andrew is the Conservative Spokesman for Local Government Reform and Covid-19. He is also the Opposition Chief Whip.
